Kindergarten Graduation

Well, she did it, she graduated from Kindergarten! And I cannot believe it's over already!
All the names were called as they walked through the balloon arch.

They sang some songs like Lean on Me, What A Wonderful World, and, my personal favorite, I wish I had a little red box to put my mommy in I'd take her out go "kiss" "kiss" "kiss" and put her back again. She's in the front middle right in this picture.

When it was over the kids walked by all the parents while they had bubbles blown on them.

All I have to say is she is growing up WAY too fast!

Muffins with Mom

Kirsten had a little Mother's Day program at her school that was absolutely adorable! The kids sang some really sweet songs that made me cry. Then their teacher had asked the kids some questions about their moms and video taped their answers. Kirsten was asked what I like to do in my spare time she said, "the laundry". She also filled out a paper for me. She said I want to be a house cleaner when I grow up. She knows me so well ;) She did also say I weigh 108 pounds...yeah maybe in the 5th grade.

She had Donuts with Dad last week. Since daddy was gone her Papa went with her. She had been so excited about it and had a great time with him!

Over the last few months Jonathan and I have worried a lot about our sweet little Colton. Some days I feel like he's going to be perfectly fine, and others I worry that all of our hopes and dreams for him may not happen. I was reading a talk today by Elder Faust that talks about how parents who have "special children" worry about their future; but, through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, those children can be made perfect. Because Christ suffered in Gethsemane and died on the Cross for us, for my Colton, no matter what happens he will be made perfect after this life. What an incredible blessing that is.
