Great wolf lodge

The next day Kirsten and Colton got these passes so they got to do some fun stuff. Kirsten and Eric went on a little wizard adventure. Daddy got me a massage for mothers day. So that was pretty amazing. We also swam a lot. We played at the arcade.
The next day we had to go home. Kirsten did more stuff from her pass. Kirsten and max got glitter tattoos. We had I go and take pics of the pool before leaving. We had to take daddy to the airport and then as soon as we got home we had to take Eric to the airport to go to India. Needless to say the next few days were pretty sad. Kirsten would cry every night and says he missed great wolf lodge or daddy or Eric and usually all three. Colton constantly asked if we could go back to the hotel.
We had the best time!!!!

Great Wolf Lodge

The next day we spent lots of time at the pool. Max loved the inner tube slides. It was awesome that we could ride those with him. Colton and max both loved the little slides. They went in them over and over again. Colton loved the lazy river and went in that with daddy lots. Kirsten went on lots of slides!
For lunch we went to Fritz's. The kids live that place. Colton kept asking to go back to the train "reshraunt". We walked around the mall, got chocolate, looked at the fountains, and had lots of fun checking out the Lego store.
After swimming some more we went to the dinosaur restaurant. While waiting for our table the kids loved throwing money in the fountain. Colton thought the dinosaur restaurant was scary so he and Eric went outside for a bit before our food came.
The kids slept good that night!

Great Wolf Lodge

Last weekend we took a trip up to Kansas city to go to great wolf lodge. It was seriously so much fun! We checked in last Friday night and went straight for the pool. Eric came with us which was awesome! It was so nice to have one adult per kid. Plus he's tons of fun. He went on slides with Kirsten mostly. That night we got the kids in their cute little "cabin" inside our room. It was our anniversary so Jonathan and I went out. Again, so happy Eric came!!

Park day field trip

Colton went on a field trip last week to the park. He loved running all over the place. The only time he'd actually slow down was to play in the sand. One of my cute sunbeams from last year was there. He played with me for most of it. At least someone wants to hang out with me huh?

Colton's concert

Colton had a little concert at his train school. He was a cow. I didn't get to see it all, but I guess they sang some farm songs and at the end a train song. Apparently he kept asking if the train song was next.

Max looked cute drinking his little slushy the other day.

Field day

Kirsten had field day at school a couple weeks ago. She did the sack race and three legged race and had a blast. This was the one picture I got. Mostly I chased Max around.

Kirsten took some scrap fabric and pink tape and designed this cute dress.

Blue Bell factory

We went with lots of friends from church to the Blue Bell ice cream factory to see how they make ice cream and then we got to taste it! After that the kids ran around on the grass with their little ice cream cone poppers, popping each other. I think that was their favorite part!

Max would do this all day if I let him.

Legos

Kirsten got these Legos for her birthday from grandma and grandpa. Her and daddy put them all together. She completely freaked out when they were done and had a blast playing with them.
That night daddy had to go out of town and she was so sad especially after having so much fun together earlier.
