"why don't you have him lay with me"-one of the things I hear most during the day.
Colton went to his 1 month checkup last week and the doctor said he should start smiling soon. So we've been making fools of ourselves trying to get him to smile over the last week. (He weighed 11.4 pounds by the way)
He finally smiled! Yes, this really is a smile and it was a lot cuter in person. I hate newborn pictures they're never as cute as real life!
Kirsten loves to play baseball these days.

i cant believe how much blogging you have done on this lil short time we have been moving!! way to go! the family looks as beautoiful as i remember. we sure miss you adn wish our stay wasnt as lil there. im sad we didnt get pics so you could talk abt your fav people ever visiting! tell jon he looks good in that boston pic. ha ha ha! i laugh but it really is a good pic. i just didnt want to sound sarcastic. i love the pic of the swan boat you look so cute! you guys look like you had a great time in boston. i love reading you blogs...theyre one of ym favs!
Kirsten is such a cute sister! I'm with you on the newborn pictures...the kids don't look quite as cute, and if I ever make it into a picture with the baby I look like a fool making dumb faces. Lose lose. Lose.
Jaxson is nuts about his baseball right now too. HE has a glove and a few bats, that's funny. So how is life a month later? I am looking forward to a month down the road. Its hard to re-adjust. Looks like Colton is going to be a tough boy with big sis around!
